Wine

Our wine selection is one of the elements that really distinguish our chalet holidays from others. Wine is simply not an after thought; it's a passion and an integral part of our luxury ski holiday experience.

Most of our clients know the styles of wine they enjoy and our collection offers a broad spectrum of quality French and foreign wines to compliment our dining experience.

Our carte has been assembled not by the opinion of wine merchants or any old supplier but from personal tasting, sometimes directly at the vineyard itself. Classic appellations from some of the most respected and well renowned regions in France are always on our tables for you to enjoy.

Also keen for to you to experience some of Europe's other fabulous vintages Damian annually introduces our "vin d'etranger". Traditionally either from Italy or Spain, it gives an opportunity to enjoy some of the fabulous flavors of the Tuscan, Rioja and Sicilian regions.
